Biography: Omer Kutlu, Working as a specialist doctor in the Department of Dermatology and Venereology at Kayseri Develi State Hospital, Turkey. He has authorship in Book called Fundamental Dermatology. Behçet Disease, 2019. He has membership in a professional society, the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, turkey. He completed his MD in 2013 at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, Ankara, Turkey. He got the Certificate in Dermatology at Royal College of Physicians in 2018. he gave many poster presentations at International Scientific Congress Proceedings.
